How do I rent a dumpster?
You can rent a dumpster through our online booking system or by giving us a call. A representative can walk you through the process and assist you in selecting the right dumpster for your needs.
What waste is not acceptable?
Our dumpsters can handle a wide variety of waste; however, we do not accept toxic or biohazardous materials, weapons, batteries, liquids of any kind, tracks or heavy equipment tires, etc. For a full list, please see the dumpster rental page.
What happens if I exceed the weight limit?
We bill out @ $0.05/Per LB. for additional tonnage.
What if I need to cancel my dumpster order?
There is no charge if we receive cancellation notice from you at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. If notice is not received 24 hours before your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a $65.00 cancellation fee and/or a $65.00 rescheduling fee.
Are your services available on weekends?
Yes, we are available weekends. Please see Home Page for hours of operation.
Do you offer emergency dumpster service?
We are committed to assisting our customers when they need it. We can assist in providing you with a dumpster after normal business hours. Emergency services are based on inventory availability. Please reach out to a representative to check availability and place your order. After hour charges do apply.
How will I be billed for overages?
Extra charges apply for exceeding weight limits, extending rental days, and specific disposal items. Overweight dumpsters are billed at $0.05 per LB. over the limit. Additional days cost $10 each. Obstructed pickup attempts incur a $125 charge plus travel fees. Avoid exceeding the MAXIMUM LOADING LEVEL sticker on the side of the dumpster, and mixing prohibited materials to prevent extra fees. Special disposal items like tires, refrigerators, or anything with a cooler will be an additional charge. For detailed billing conditions, refer to our service agreement.

Currently we offer 8 CU. YD. concrete dumpsters, for heavy materials such as concrete, bricks, stone, aggregate soil, sod and/or sand. We also have 10, 15, 20 and 25 CU. YD. dumpsters for construction and dirt.
What are the rental terms for contractors?
Our rental terms for contractors are flexible and can be custom tailored to meet your needs until completion of project.
Can we schedule regular pickups?
Yes, pick-ups can be scheduled for projects that are long term.

Do you require specialty item protection with your rental?
All specialty item protections are optional; however, we recommend them for a worry-free rental.
Can specialty item protection be added after the dumpster is ordered?
Specialty item protection can only be added at the time the order is placed.
What do I do in the event that the dumpster is damaged, and I need to use damage and fire insurance?
Please call a representative in the event that the dumpster is damaged, and they will be able to walk you through the claim.
Is specialty item protection available for long term rentals?
Yes, but the specialty item protection plan is good for one complete rental cycle. In other words, once the dumpster is removed from the property and emptied, the rental cycle is complete. If a second dumpster is needed to complete your project, specialty item protection must be applied to your order again if you do so choose.
